New and digital, the path to flawless business

Nederman was looking for a new, more digital way of interacting with their partners.

World leader in industrial air filtration, Nederman, Swedish company is pioneering in developing solutions for air pollution control inside production facilities. With a global partner network of customers, Nederman needed to redirect some of the partner interaction to their web site and adapt a new digital strategy. Alite provided a change with a digital strategy analysis designed to increase leads and sales. The new system helped create new business models for the Swedish innovative and world leading industrial air filtration solutions company.

Alite International presented a digital strategic analysis to Nederman suggesting the company should increase the use of CRM as the core for marketing automation. Interrelated systems would provide a complete picture of how the system supports the sales process. The new solution focuses on generating leads and increasing Revenue. The Alite team came up with another idea during the project. By collecting data via sensors in Nederman dust collectors, smart analytics can be used for a number of purposes. This also led to new business models and it’s a step in Nederman’s vision to sell clean air as a service in the future.

The result of the partner web shop is beyond successful. Partners now place 80 % of their orders in the web shop without errors, which also shows that Alite’s solution is working well. The new solution was built using InRiver for PIM, ClickDimensions for Marketing Automation, and SiteCore and uCommerce for the Partner Web Shop.
